Celebrity Britney Spears has entered rehab for the third time after a complete melt down the other night. Britney Spears went crazy on some photographers after leaving her soon to be Ex husbands home. Britney took an umbrella and smashed the photographers window. Soon after is when Britney Spears checked herself back in to rehab. Lets hope that the third time is a charm. It is also being reported by people magazine that Kevin Federline went to see Britney Spears at rehab, to make sure she was alright after the melt down.
