There are still so many twists and turns to update on the Anna Nicole tragedy. Thursday February 15th a judge ordered another DNA sample to be taken from Anna Nicole Smiths Body. Smiths long time companion Howard K Stern, and Anna Nicole Smiths estranged mother, Vergie Arthur each want to win control over her body. Vergie Arthur wants Anna Nicole Smith to be buried in Texas, and Howard K Stern insists that Anna Nicole Smith should and wanted to be buried next to her son in the Bahamas. Photographer Larry Birkhead, who claims to have fathered Anna Nicole Smiths baby girl Dannielynn, hopes DNA taken from Smith will prove his case. The judge stated thursday this dispute could be lengthy "We're going to have hearings as many hearing as we need." Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin said wednesday.
Back in the Bahamas crime scene investigators worked thursday at the house shared by Anna Nicole Smith and her partner Howard K Stern. They were there to investigate the theft of a computer and other items. Stern who was at the mansion thursday during the inspection filed a burglary report after claiming that a computer, home vidoes and other personal items of Anna Nicole Smith were taken from the the mansion before he returned from Florida shortly after Anna Nicole Smiths death on February 8, 2007.
