US weekly is reporting that after checking herself in and out of rehab Britney Spears headed to Tarzana Salon and asked them to shave her head. When the hairdresser refused , Britney Spears grabbed the hair clippers and starting shaving it herself. After Spears shaved her head she then went over to Body & Soul Tattoo and got two new tattoo's. Some are worried that this fallen pop princess is on the verge of a nervous breakdown. There have been reports that her friends and family staged an intervention last week and that was why Britney checked herself into rehab, but then 24 hours later checked herself out, because it just was not for her. Oh Britney!
