The death of Anna Nicole is still clearly a mystery. Over the weekend, many of the major players in the Smith made their way to the Bahamas to continue to wage their battles. Howard K Stern to reclaim the home he shared with Anna Nicole and to maintain custody of five month old Dannielynn. Virgie Arthur, Anna estranged mother also headed to the Bahamas in hopes of meeting her granddaughter. In which Howard vows to keep Dannielynn from ever meeting her. Stern was the first to arrive in Nassau friday and immediately reunited with Dannielynn, who had been staying in Horizons, the waterfront home Stern and Smith shared, the baby was under the care of Sterns mother and sister.
Upon his arrival, Stern noticed that several items from the home had gone missing and filed a report with Nassau's Royal Bahamiam police. Ownership of the home has been a source of contention over the past few months. Smith claimed the property was hers, and it was in fact her alleged deed to the estate that enabled her to become a resident of the Bahamas last fall. However real estate developer G Ben Thompson claimed Horizons was his, that he simply let Smith live there. A Feb.26 hearing has been set to determine the propertys ownership. It has also been reported that Larry Birkhead is now in the Bahamas. He would like to have have the DNA test to determine that Dannielynn is in fact his daughter and not Howard K Sterns.
