A top Vietnamese official said Friday that Celebrity Angelina Jolie had filed papers through a U.S adoption agency to adopt a child from the Southeast Asian nation. Angelina Jolie reportedly listed herself as a single parent in her paperwork. She and Brad Pitt currently share parenting duties of five year old Maddox, two year old Zahara and 10 month old Shiloh. The couple have been very vocal on expanding their family.
