Britney Spears seems to be holding up in rehab this time around. She was able to take a break from the Promises treatment center in Malibu Tuesday and enjoy a visit from her two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James and also her estranged husband Kevin Federline. This visit took place at the Serra Retreat center.
