Celebrity News/ Larry Birkhead free to leave Bahamas with Dannielynn
Larry Birkhead can leave the Bahamas with Dannielynn. A Judge has made it possible for Larry to bring Dannielynn to the United States. He must return with Dannielynn for the full custody hearing in June. Sources say that Vergie Arthur objected to the ruling and could appeal.
Celebrity News/ Rosie will leave the View in June
Rosie O' Donnell announced on yesterday's show that she will leave the View in June. After she couldn't come to terms with ABC on a new contract. Rosie explained that she wanted a one year deal, while ABC wanted three years. She also said that she will be back on the View frequently next season as a guest host.

Madonna wouldn't let her adopted son David see his biological father on Saturday. Yohane Banda had expected to see his 1 year old son David on Saturday for a visit, but on his way he was told the visit was canceled with no reason given.

Celebrity News/ Alec Baldwin leaves a horrible message to daughter.
An angered Alec Baldwin went crazy with threats and insults on his 11 year old daughter Ireland's voice mail. Calling her a thoughtless little pig, and calling Ireland's mother Kim Bassinger terrible things also. A family law judge was very alarmed to hear this voice mail left by Baldwin and she temporarily barred Baldwin from having any contact with his daughter.

Celebrity News/ Anna Nicole Smith's baby's paternity revealed.
The results to Anna Nicole Smith baby Dannielynn's paternity is finally revealed. Larry Birkhead is the biological father of Dannielynn. Howard K Stern Say's that he will not fight for custody of Dannielynn he will help with the transition to her biological father Larry Birkhead.

Jennifer Lopez spent Monday on jury duty. Jennifer Lopez arrived at the Beverly Hills courthouse at 8:30 am and spent most of the her time in the jury room text messaging friends. By the end of the day the case had been resolved and all forty prospective jurors including Jennifer Lopez were free to go home.

Celebrity News/ No DNA Appeal
Howard K Sterns appeal on the DNA testing was shut down, and Howard K Stern was penalized by the three judge panel for the amount of $10,000. Howard K Stern was ordered to pay 5,000 in attorney's fee's to the Registar General and 5,000 to Birkheads lawyer.
